At ShepTech, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of IT Consulting services, we have implemented the following policies to ensure fairness and efficiency:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Services can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge; however, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but must be done in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
A late fee of $25 will be applied for every 15 days past the due date on any outstanding invoices. Customized services and special projects may not be eligible for refunds, and software and hardware purchases are subject to the return policies of the respective vendors.
